What is the Kamloops Jaycees?
The Kamloops Jaycees (Junior Chamber) is a community-based leadership training organization for young people age 19-39. Through serving Kamloops in a variety of projects and programs, young men and women have the opportunity to develop their leadership and business skills.
How can Jaycees benefit my company?

For recent college graduates, the Kamloops Jaycees offer the opportunity to put educational theory into action. By providing leadership opportunities and training programs, Jaycees allow young professionals to gain real experience in order to develop skills including:

- team-building
- interpersonal communication
All of this is provided on Jaycee time and Jaycee money, not yours!

There are several ways to tactfully offer the Jaycee opportunity to your employees. For promotional materials and assistance, please feel free to contact us at: info@kamloopsjaycees.com and ask for a Corporate Promotional Package.
Several in Kamloops also offer to pay for their employees' member dues. This is an excellent way to make a strong statement about the importance of volunteerism and your company's dedication to Kamloops.
